This home had a leaky roof and major plumbing leaks in the kitchen and adjoining bathroom. All this under a leaking hot tar flat roof. The owner hired us to completely renovate the roof, kitchen and bathroom. Since this part of the house had no concrete foundation, we started from the ground up with a new foundation and completely reframed the rooms. We installed trusses to create a sloped roof that increased the curb appeal dramatically. We installed new electrical wiring, plumbing and sheetrock inside the brand new kitchen and bathroom.
