Santa Rosa Bathroom Remodel

This dated hall bathroom was completely remodeled. We completely removed everything and started over. We installed a new soaking tub, new paint, a new tub/shower mixing valve, new tile floor, new marble tile on the shower walls, new vanity, granite counter top and new faucet. We also added a new recessed medicine cabinet and a panel on the front of the tub to match the vanity. The final touches include chrome towel bars, chrome shower curtain rod and chrome paper holder.

Santa Rosa Kitchen Remodel

This home is located on the east side of Santa Rosa, close to Spring Lake. As you can tell, the room was dark with a dropped ceiling and dark cabinets. We completely removed all the appliances, countertops and cabinets as well as the ceramic tile floor. We also removed the dropped ceiling and light well.

By raising the ceiling six inches we were able to install taller cabinets all the way around. We then installed recessed can lights in the ceiling. A gas line was installed to the island for the new gas range. The cabinet’s are cinnamon cherry in color with self closing hardware. The kitchen was finished with new countertops, sink, faucet and all new appliances.

Sebastopol Kitchen Renovation I

By completely removing the kitchen and the wall between the kitchen and the living room, we created a great room and the difference is stunning. It is like a completely different house.

We installed new cabinets, new lighing, granite counter tops with a glass tile backsplash and new appliances. We also added a granite front on the fireplace with a new oak mantle and ceramic tile hearth. The existing windows were replaced with new Pella wood windows. A new hardwood floor completed the project.

All the selections were made by the owner, who did a fabulous job.

Windsor Kitchen Renovation

The original kitchen in this very beautiful home was small with very little room to cook or entertain. We removed the existing kitchen and a large window to allow room for many more cabinets.

We installed new electrical and rough plumbing. We constructed a custom range hood. We installed new cabinets and a large island with a small sink. We then installed granite counter tops, ceramic tile backsplash, new plumbing fixtures and all new appliances.

Sonoma County Kitchen

Sebastopol Kitchen II

As you can see, this kitchen was very outdated with dark cabinets and poor lighting. We removed the entire kitchen and started from scratch. We installed two skylights to brighten things up and all new white cabinets with a large center island. Next came the granite counter tops with ceramic tile backsplash. The kitchen was completed with all new appliances and a new hardwood floor. Quite an amazing difference if we do say so ourselves.

Santa Rosa Home Remodeling

This home had a leaky roof and major plumbing leaks in the kitchen and adjoining bathroom. All this under a leaking hot tar flat roof. The owner hired us to completely renovate the roof, kitchen and bathroom. Since this part of the house had no concrete foundation, we started from the ground up with a new foundation and completely re-framed the rooms. We installed trusses to create a sloped roof that increased the curb appeal dramatically. We installed new electrical wiring, plumbing and sheetrock inside the brand new kitchen and bathroom.

Santa Rosa Home Addition

This master bedroom & bath addition was designed and built to look like part of this original Santa Rosa home. It featured an open beam ceiling, skylights and a large walk-in closet. The master bath included a luxurious jacuzzi tub.

Santa Rosa Victorian Renovation

We completely removed the worn shingle roof of this grand Victorian in the Junior College area of Santa Rosa. We replaced it with new plywood and installed a 40 year composition roof. We also replaced the siding and several windows to return it to its former luster.

Russian River Bungalow Deck

On the side of a hill overlooking the Russian River, this vacation home sat on a very small lot. Building a deck was the only way to increase the square footage and be able to enjoy the exquisite view. We constructed deep concrete footings and added posts and beams to support the redwood decking and railings. The owner is now able to enjoy the view and entertain like never before.

Forestville Deck Construction

We built this redwood deck in the backyard of this Forestville home. The deck adds to the beautifully landscaped yard and created a large outdoor living area perfect for entertaining.
